Aviation festival features the exhibition “Air Journey into Latvian Arts”

When an artist creates – he/she flies. When an aviator draws signs in the sky – it is art. Both the artist and the aviator at some moments get off the ground as they get visible or invisible wings.

A pilot and an artist are closer than it would seem at first. Even the scientists have proven that the chemical reaction in the brain is similar – extreme sportsmen, artists and crazy people are of the same type, similar tribe, the crowd of obsessed, flying up for whom is more important than stiff stillness all around.
