TASTE OF NATURE „Restaurant 3” offers menus, which display modern culinary tendencies in the world. In meal preparing we use naturally grown goods, which are the cleanest and most wholesome because they have grown only in naturally created conditions. Our ingredients, provided by Latvian nature, come from our master „Creative cook house” in Gauja National park, where all goods are gathered by cooks themselves. Their stories about ingredients of dishes always have entertained our guests during the meal. Whereas the sommelier will have found wine for every course of the meal or will suggest something from our alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails accordingly with your taste. Also in his arsenal mostly are BIO products – wines, vodka, juices, lemonades etc.
